The Jolly K Parent Leadership Award
The Jolly K Award is given to a Parents Anonymous® parent who exemplifies strong Parent Leadership as first modeled by Jolly K, the founding parent of Parents Anonymous® in 1969. Jolly K's courageous search for help for herself and her family created a national movement that has provided help, support, strength and hope for over 40 years to hundreds of thousands of families through community-based Parents Anonymous® Groups .

Juanita Chávez Shared Leadership Award
This award is named in honor of Juanita Chávez, a staff member and Parents Anonymous® Group Facilitator who was instrumental in developing the National Parent Leadership Team. The Juanita Chavez Shared Leadership Award is given to recognize an individual in Parents Anonymous® who has exemplified Shared Leadership in working in partnership with parents.
