Children


Please NOTE: We are only accepting 200 children and youth.  Children 2-4 will be in the childcare program.  Children 5-13 will be at EdVenture museum.  Teens 14- 18 will be with the Parents at the conference.  There are programs geared for them.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH PROGRAM: EdVenture

Children 5-8 will be in the Healthy Me program.

Children 9-13 will be in the Dr. Dee's Science Lab program.

Pick up for the Museum event will be at 8:20a.m. at the hotel with return at 2:30 p.m. There will be structured activities.   

CHILDCARE:

Saturday, 2/26/11, walking children younger than 5 yrs. may attend limited ChildCare at the hotel. There is a limit of a TOTAL of 25 children for the Limited Child Care. 

Children must be able to move independently to participate.
Parents must provide the child's supplies (diapers, wipes, pull-ups, etc.)
ChildCare will close during the Saturday luncheon and recognition dinner with parents taking their child for both meals.

Structured activities are planned for the day, including story time, games and naptime after lunch.

MEALS for Children and Youth:

We are having McAlister's box lunches delivered to the museum for the children to enjoy.

Help Strengthen a Family

In South Carolina less than one dollar a day......in fact, only 81¢...will serve an entire family in Parents Anonymous group for ONE YEAR. 

81¢= $24.30 per month or only $292 a year to provide our services and help a family "along the way."
